Find Your Services - From Five Buildings To One New City Hall

A few things to know before you go:

Customer Service Center in the lobby is open 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. on city business days.
Permit Center in the lobby is open 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Wed. 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. (closed 12:30-1:30 p.m.) on city business days.
You can access city services from anywhere 24/7 online - visit www.cityofvancouver.us/OnlineServices to pay parking permits and tickets or utility bills, apply for a job, make a code compliance complaints and access other services. Please consider using this easy option.
Serve yourself in the lobby with our Online Service Center station – open one hour longer than service counters – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on city business days.
There are limited free parking spaces nearby. Metered and pay station spaces offer 30 minutes to five hours of parking - rates are $0.50 per hour. More parking options.
Get healthy and leave the car at home! Bike racks are available – and the new downtown location offers walkers easy access from businesses, parks, Fort Vancouver, waterfront trails and residences.
There are ADA parking spaces on the south side of the building.
Visitors must sign in and get a pass to gain entrance to elevators or workspaces.
We value your time. Please make an appointment to ensure the staff you need is available to help you (except for customer service).
Police, Fire and Public Works operations can still be found at their existing city facilities.

All bids, quotes, and proposals must be delivered to the new City Hall building, 415 W. 6th St. (corner of Esther Street) across the street from the former location

Also note- the bid viewing table will be located on the first floor of the new City Hall.
