		Vancouver Municipal Code Return to Chapter 3.12 FUNDS Section 3.12.220 Memorials fund established. There is established in the department of finance a fund designated the "memorials fund," and there shall be paid into the fund all moneys which have been or which may be received as gifts to the city in memory or honor of any person whom the donor wishes to memorialize or honor for contributions to this community.
