		Vancouver Municipal Code Return to Chapter 3.12 FUNDS Section 3.12.230 Memorials fund--Use. Moneys paid into the fund shall be used solely for city projects or programs which are found by the city manager, as advised by the director of Vancouver/Clark Parks and Recreation, the Parks and Recreation Commission and other appropriate persons and bodies, to properly memorialize or honor the person designated by the donor, and all such expenditures shall be made in a manner appropriate to the donor's request or intention in making such gift.
