Return to Chapter 5.84 EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES

Section 5.84.030 Administration and enforcement.

    Clark County shall be the agent of the city to enforce and administer the provisions of this chapter and shall establish a budget for the support of such activities, provided that any criminal prosecution as defined in Section 14 of this amendatory ordinance shall be instituted by the City of Vancouver.  The specific responsibilities of Clark County as the regulatory administrator of this chapter shall be as described by the EMS interlocal cooperation agreement.
