Return to Chapter 8.52 FALSE ALARMS


Section 8.52.070 Review--Hearing.

    This chapter and the experience under it shall be reviewed by the police department and city manager's office after one year and a report shall be made to city council as to whether to repeal or amend it and council may choose to hold a public hearing on such report. (Ord. M-2892 § 7, 1990)
