Enroll now in the Utility e Billing (electronic bill statement) Program and receive e-mail notifications letting you know when your bill is ready for review online. Just sign into your account and click on the e Billing option. Important: You must follow all the steps, including confirming your email address, for e Billing to take effect.

Pay online: Paying your City of Vancouver water, sewer and/or storm water utilities bill is easy and available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week, At Your Service. Please have your bill handy for ease of reference, as well as your credit or debit (ATM) card or bank account information. There's no fee for paying by credit or debit card or bank account. Here’s a quick look at what you will see when you log in. (Please note: Periodic updates may occur to ensure the site performs well for our customers. During those times, you may experience a brief, temporary delay in accessing services.)
Pay by phone and other options: Our new Automated Voice Response phone system is available when you want to make a payment or simply check your account, just as you can online. To use the new phone system, call 360-487-7999 and follow the prompts. You may push "0" at any time to reach a customer service representative. You can still mail or drop off City of Vancouver Utility payments at one of our many dependable locations or drop boxes, as in the past. Utility Office hours: Vancouver's Utility Services office is open to customers 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday. Online and Automated Voice Response phone system services, such as bill payments and account balances, are available to you around-the-clock. Service requests: To report a problem with City of Vancouver water, sewer and drainage services, streets and traffic controls, and/or public parks, visit Service Requests or call our Operations Center at 360-696-8177 during regular office hours, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for City of Vancouver holidays. In case of a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
