Meeting Time: 7 p.m. Wednesdays; meets quarterly. (Special meeting on Monday, Aug. 30 @ 2 p.m. in Vancouver City Hall 1st Floor Conf. Rm for new Commissioner orientation. Meeting will not be televised.)

Number of members: Eight voting members, one non-voting member appointed by mayors of small cities within Comcast Cable Services franchise area. Must subscribe to Comcast Cable Services and reside in Clark County.

Length of term: Three years

Maximum terms: City: Two (as of 1985); County: unlimited
