Development Review Services Permit Center is located at 4400 NE 77th Av, Suite L-50 on the lower level.

Business Hours for the Permit Counter are:

Monday 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday 9:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

**Applications for large projects must be submitted by an afternoon deadline of 3:00 p.m.

Directions to the City of Vancouver - Building Permit Center at 4400 NE 77th Avenue:

From Portland I-5

• Go North on I-5
• Take 39th Street/WA SR-500 east (exit 2) to Orchards
• Stay in the right lane and take NE Andresen Exit
• Get into the left lane to go north onto NE Andresen
• Turn right onto NE 40th
• Turn left at NE 72nd Avenue
• Turn right at NE 41st Street
• Street turns into NE 77th Avenue
• 4400 Building is on the left with visitor parking in rear

From I-205

• Take exit 30A onto SR-500 West
• Stay to the right and take NE Thurston Way exit toward Westfield-Shoppingtown Mall
• Turn right onto Thurston Way and immediately get into the far left lane
• Take the first left onto NE Parkway Drive
• Go to the end of Parkway Drive, cross over 77th Avenue to enter the 4400 Building parking lot
• Visitor parking in rear
