		Building and Development Permits ATTENTION - Critical Area Submission Change As of March 3, 2008, Critical Areas Permit applications must include digital files of required critical areas information (VMC 20.740.050B2c). An empty drawing file and a zip file of empty GIS shapefiles are provided below to assist you with your digital submission. There are three files to guide you with your digital submission. These are the Instructions for Digital Submission, Vancouver Submittal Specifications and Domains documents. Also, these documents have be combined into one document. All digital information must comply with the Vancouver Submittal Specifications and Domains. Additionally, all digital data must be tied to Clark County Survey Control Points to insure correct geographic location.
