		Building and Development Permits Purchase Permits and Services by Credit/Debit Card Beginning April 21, 2008 the City of Vancouver will accept debit/credit card payments for all permit types up to $7,000 per transaction. PURCHASES may include: Building Plan Review and Permits Fire Plan Review and Permits Engineering Plan Review and Inspection Planning Review Maps Inspection Fees Fines and Penalties EXCEPTIONS: Park, School and Traffic Impact Fees Proportionate Share Fees Water and Sewer System Development Charges Latecomer / Mainline Fees Reimbursement Fees Sewer Surcharges The permit center, located at 4400 NE 77th Avenue, will accept Visa or MasterCard. We apologize but we can not accept Discover or American Express. Credit/Debit card transactions may not exceed $7,000. For more information, call the Community Development Department at 360-487-7800.
