Paying or Appealing a Parking Ticket

If you have received a parking ticket, we’ve made it easy to pay!
  1. Pay Online using a Visa, MasterCard or debit card.
  2. Simply enter your citation number, license plate, or VIN number to locate and pay your citation.
  3. Pay with cash at customer service in City Hall, 415 W. 6th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660. Monday – Friday:  8 am to 5 pm Wednesday: 9 am to 5 pm.
  4. Drop your payment in our payment drop box located in the south parking lot at City Hall, 415 W. 6th Street, Vancouver, WA 98660.

To appeal your ticket, you MUST respond to your ticket within 15 calendars days pursuant to RCW 46.060(2)(h).

You can request a mitigation hearing. A mitigation hearing is where you admit you have committed the infraction, but want to explain the circumstances. Follow the instruction on the back of the ticket and the Parking Ticket Appeal form.

You may request a contested hearing. A contested hearing is where you deny that you committed the infraction. Follow the instruction on the back of the ticket and the Parking Ticket Appeal form.
