Welcome to the Vancouver Parking Program’s Web Page.  We review, manage, and enforce the on-street parking within the Vancouver City limits.  We also manage twelve municipal parking garages and lots.  Downtown Vancouver is growing and developing.  Parking management plays a very important role in this process by providing needed parking turnover to help give more people the chance to shop, dine, visit, and play in downtown Vancouver.  Parking management also provides extended stay options for people who work or just require longer visits in downtown.  So check out our short-term and long-term parking options and enjoy your beautiful downtown Vancouver.

Parking Advisory Committee

The Parking Advisory Committee advises city council on policy issues related to all city-owned on-street and off-street parking facilities; makes recommendations on facilities and parking regulations.  Link to the Parking Advisory Committee 

Private For-Hire Transportation Commission

The Private For-Hire Transportation Commission ("Transportation Commission"), as established under VMC 5.76, has the authority to regulate and make recommendations to City Council regarding the operation of all private for-hire vehicles in the City of Vancouver.  Link to the Private For-Hire Transporation Commission
