		Economic Development Riverwest Riverwest is a $165 million public-private mixed use development that includes four multi-story buildings. In addition to the new main library of the Fort Vancouver Library system, Riverwest will offer a new civic plaza, 200 multi-family residences, 100,000 square feet of offices, 17,000 square feet of retail, a boutique hotel and a 900-stall underground parking garage. Water features, public art and greenspaces will also be featured in this project.
