Retirement and Deferred Compensation Most employees are included in the Washington Public Employees Retirement System. Employees may also choose to participate in a 457 deferred compensation plan from two providers: ICMA Retirement Corporation and ING.
Long-Term Disability (LTD) Insurance An income protection benefit offered through Standard Insurance.
Employee Assistant Program (EAP) A resource and referral program to help our employees and their families when they need support or assistance. This benefit is offered through Cascade Centers.
