The SilverSneakers® Fitness Program is offered in partnership with select health plans at no additional cost for Medicare-eligible members. The Silver&Fit® Fitness Program is designed specifically for Medicare beneficiaries and includes a membership at our facility. The Firstenburg Community Center offers a variety of over 35 senior exercise classes per week, including SilverSneakers® and Silver&Fit® formats!
