Hopping Heat Wave Dance and Dine: Friday, Aug. 7, 10:15 a.m. Summer is burning with fun and dancing at the Luepke Center, so bring a friend and enjoy some great Southern fun, food and mocktails. Featuring Earthquake Ethel's Roadhouse Jazz Band. Lunch provided by Meals on Wheels ($3 suggested donation for 60 and older, $6.95 under 60). No bingo.
Tropical Paradise Dance with The Playmates: Thursday, Aug. 20. The Playmates will bring the flavor of a summer paradise with fantastic musical favorites! Join the fun and wear something tropical.
Still Cruisin Along - A Tropical Holiday Tour: Thursday, Sept. 10, 6:30 p.m., and Friday, Sept. 11, 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Join the members of the Young At Heart (YAH) Senior Theatre club as they head out to sea in their September musical. this original variety production will be presented on stage in the Luepke Center Community Room. The cast will sing, act and dance the audience thru a fun-filled cruise that departs from Florida, travels through the Caribbean and Panama Canal, over to the Hawaiian Islands and back to the states to dock in San Diego.
