Raging against decline
Dr. Roger Landry, author of “Live Long, Die Short: A Guide to Authentic Health and Successful Aging,” offers these tips for “raging against decline” as we age:
-Keep moving. We are becoming a society of sitters and as we age even more so. Walk, bike, swim, garden, or exercise, whatever gets you out of bed or a chair. Decline can’t catch you when you’re on the move.
