Celebrate a wedding, anniversary or party
Named after Vancouver mayor Royce Pollard, Firstenburg Community Center's beautiful community room is the perfect place for a wedding reception or anniversary party. Complete with a commercial kitchen and outdoor terrace, the room can accommodate up to 210 guests seated at round tables.
Host a conference, workshop or meeting
Looking for the perfect site to meet your business needs? The community room can accommodate up to 280 people seated theater-style. Smaller groups can rent one of three sections of the community room, or choose to rent our multi-purpose classroom, which seats up to 45 people.

A late/early staff charge of $20/hr will be added to any rental hours outside of normal building operating hours.
Friday:
$320 for a 4-hour block of time between
4 p.m. and 10 p.m. ($225 for a non-profit rental). Additional time: $130 per hour before midnight; $200
from midnight-1 a.m.
Saturday:
$1050 for an 8-hour block of time between the hours of 10 a.m.-midnight ($735 for a non-profit rental). Additional time: $130 per hour before midnight; $200 from midnight-1 a.m.
Sunday:
$320 for a 4-hour block of time between noon and 6 p.m. ($225 for a non-profit rental). Additional time: $130 per hour before midnight; $200 from midnight-1 a.m.
The refundable damage/cleaning deposit is $250.
Other available amenities include: Wedding lounge, $50 per rental (subject to availability)
Piano, $50 per rental
DJ service, $75 per hour (2 hour minimum)
Resource Classroom:
45-person capacity. TV/DVD is available and a white board and sink.
