This 3.5-acre Dubois Neighborhood park was originally part of a planned community constructed by the Vancouver Housing Authority in the Heights area after WWII. Facilities include play equipment, picnic tables, benches, and an open lawn area.
The park has one of the three trailheads for the Blanford Canyon Nature Trail, a primitive trail with
dirt and wood chip surfaces and easy to moderate terrain. The trail connects across Blanford Road to Southclif park, and south
to Evergreen Road.
