NEWS: Equestrian trail project starts in late June 2011
Vancouver-Clark Parks and Recreation's Americorps Team is partnering with Clark County Public Works and the Executive Horse Council to install a four-foot wide, soft-surface equestrian trail across the northern part of the park property, between Clark County Fairgrounds and NW 11th Avenue. Clearing work will begin on June 29, 2011. Depending on the volunteer work schedule, the trail may be open to equestrians starting in August 2011. The equestrian trail is part of the park's long-term master plan. For more information, please call (360) 487-8323.
