Adjacent to Clark College, this property is the City of Vancouver's main water production facility. Given its forested nature, the site does provide neighborhood and college access, as well as a passive area for walking and wildlife viewing. The 20-acre site offers walking trails and benches. In 1998, the community raised funds to construct the Swift Skatepark. Future improvements to the property will include expansion of the water facility and increased security measures. Although it is technically not a "park" property, its beautiful trees and rhododendrons offer a pleasant setting in the central Vancouver area.
