A number of covered picnic shelters are available to reserve for your next special event at the following parks:
You can make your reservation, or find out more about the parks and shelters, by calling the Marshall Community Center at 360-487-7100 (press zero to speak with a customer representative), or by visiting the Marshall Community Center in person at 1009 E. McLoughlin Blvd. in Vancouver. You can check picnic shelter availability at one of the parks listed above by visiting this Web Page.
Picnic shelter reservations cost $25-$100 per day, depending on the size of the shelter (see PDF below). These fees help pay to keep the shelters clean and in working order at these very popular parks. The shelters are available free of charge when not already reserved.
Reservations at most parks can be made for events occurring between May 1 and Sept. 30, each year. Vancouver-Clark Parks and Recreation starts accepting picnic shelter reservations on the first working day of February.
SHELTER RESERVATION CANCELATION POLICY: If canceled one month or more before to rental date, 100% minus a $10 processing fee will be refunded. If canceled 1-4 weeks before to rental date, 75% minus $10 fee will be refunded. No refunds will be granted if canceled less than one week prior to rental date.
