Make your 2014 Picnic Shelter Reservations!

Picnic Shelter Reservations have changed.

City of Vancouver Picnic Shelter Reservations beginning February 3

Vancouver Parks and Recreation will begin taking picnic shelter reservations starting at 7 a.m. Monday, Feb. 3 for events occurring between May 1 and September 30, 2014.

Reservations will be taken by phone at 360-487-7100, or in person at the Marshall Community Center, at 1009 E. McLoughlin Blvd., Vancouver. The center will open at 5:30 a.m. on Feb. 3.

The City of Vancouver has a number of covered picnic shelters are available to reserve for your next special event at the following parks:

Picnic shelter reservations cost $25-$100 per day, depending on the size of the shelter. These fees help pay to keep the shelters clean and in working order at these very popular parks. The shelters are available free of charge when not already reserved. Click here to view shelter fees.

SHELTER RESERVATION CANCELATION POLICY: If canceled one month or more before to rental date, 100% minus a $10 processing fee will be refunded. If canceled 1-4 weeks before to rental date, 75% minus $10 fee will be refunded. No refunds will be granted if canceled less than one week prior to rental date.

Clark County Picnic Shelter Reservations beginning March 3

Clark County will begin taking shelter reservations for events May 1-September 30, 2014 at 7 a.m. Monday, March 3, 2014, at the Public Works Operation Center, 4700 N.E. 78th St. in Hazel Dell. The center will open its doors at 5:30 a.m. on March 3.
