Make your 2016 Picnic Shelter Reservations
Picnic Shelter Reservations can be made up to one year in advance for events occurring between May 1 and September 30. For information about City Picnic Shelters, please call 360-487-7100
Reservations will be taken by phone at 360-487-7100, or in person at the Marshall Community Center, at 1009 E. McLoughlin Blvd., Vancouver.
The City of Vancouver has four covered picnic shelters that are available to reserve for your next special event at the following parks:
Picnic Shelter Amenities and Availability:
Picnic shelter reservations cost $50 per day. These fees help pay to keep the shelters clean and in working order at these very popular parks. The shelters are available free of charge when not already reserved.
SHELTER RESERVATION CANCELATION POLICY: If canceled one month or more before to rental date, 100% minus a $10 processing fee will be refunded. If canceled 1-4 weeks before to rental date, 75% minus $10 fee will be refunded. No refunds will be granted if canceled less than one week prior to rental date.
Park Use Permits
Depending on the type of event you are hosting, you will need to get a Park Use Permit from Vancouver Parks and Recreation. A Park Use Permit gives you permission to bring special items and equipment to the park and describes any approved special services or other park staff assistance.
