Vancouver Parks and Recreation Camps

Campers will make new friends, discover new interests, reinforce positive identity, and gain leadership and teambuilding skills through participation in sports, games, crafts, interactive presentations, field trips and other structured and unstructured activities.

Camps for Ages 4-6

Little Campers at Firstenburg Community Center (Summer Only)

Little Campers is held during the summer Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Firstenburg Community Center. Kids have fun with activities centered around a weekly theme. Staff/child ratio is 1:7. Little Campers is geared toward pre-school and kindergarten aged students (they must be toilet trained). For more information call Jana Wilson at 360-487-7025. Camps for Ages 6-10

SPARK Youth Day Camp

SPARK campers engage in recreational activities, outdoor adventures and field trips that reinforce a healthy lifestyle. Structured camp activities take place from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but parents may drop off as early as 7:30 a.m. and pick up by 5:30 p.m. For more information call Stacey Allington at 360-487-7029. Adventures Youth Day Camp at Marshall Community Center

Campers create crafts, play sports and go on field trips around Vancouver and the surrounding area. Structured activities take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., but parents may drop off as early as 7:30 a.m. and pick by 5:30 p.m. For more information call Kelly Lund at 360-487-7084. Bike Skills 101 Camp at Fort Vancouver National Historic Site (Summer Only)

This camp is "geared" towards kids who can ride on two wheels for up to 1.5 miles on their own without assistance. Using games and challenges, students practice and improve their bicycle handling skills. Bicycles are provided, but students may use their own if it passes a safety inspection. Helmets are mandatory and will be provided if necessary. Located at 1001 E. Fifth St. Building 410. For more information call Heidi Marshall at 360-487-7091.

Camps for Ages 11-15

Choose between two amazing teen camps! FCC Teen Camp and MCC Teen Camp are from 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with organized activities from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Bring a swimsuit, water bottle, sun screen, sack lunch and snacks every day regardless of schedule. *Field trips may change without notice

MCC Teen Camp (Summer Only)

This camp's home base is in The SPOT at Marshall Community Center. For more information call Marshall Community Center staff at 360-487-7100. Weekly Fee: $170/$192.
