This application is for events occurring in City of Vancouver Parks. This application must be turned in 10 working days prior to your event date. Please note that requests made less than 10 working days prior to the event date may not fulfilled.  

Note: This form is not a shelter reservation. To reserve a shelter only without needing at permit, please call the Marshall Community Center at 487-7100.

Event Information

NOTE: Proof of liability insurance is required for all exclusive, commercial, or athletic events, and may be required for non-exclusive, personal, and non-athletic events. If required, please submit a Certificate of Insurance naming the City of Vancouver (PO BOX 1995, Vancouver, WA 98668)  as Additional Insured in the amount of $1,000,000. Please also include the title and date of your event. For more information, please call 487-7019.

For athletic events such as triathlons, half-marathons, cross-country meets, etc. a course map must be submitted along with your permit application and proof of insurance.

Please note that a Certificate of Insurance naming the “City of Vancouver” as Additional Insured in the amount of $1,000,000 will be required from the bounce house company.
If yes, please indicate the date and title of your previous event.
TYPE IN NAME FOR THE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PHYSICALLY SIGN YOUR PARK USE PERMIT WHEN IT IS COMPLETED.
