Details:  The person in this photo is a suspect in a series of convenience store robberies between 12/23/09 and 1/19/10 in Vancouver. He is described as a Hispanic male, 25-35 years old, 5’8”, 200+ lbs, stocky build, dark hair and moustache, and wearing a dark hoodie.

Details:  On July 7, 2009 sometime after 1:00 p.m. a suspect(s) broke into a parked vehicle at Vancouver Lake and took the victim's purse. That same day at about 2:45 p.m., the person seen in the attached photos used the victim's debit card to make purchases totaling $1,190 at a local retailer.

Details:  The Vancouver Police Department is seeking assistance from the public to identify two suspects who broke into a vehicle parked at a health club, stole a wallet that was inside and then fraudulently used the victim's credit cards. Those fraudulent transactions were caught on in-store surveillance video and the attached images are being released in an effort to identify and arrest the suspects. at 360-735-7500

Details:  On 11/3/08, at around 4:45 PM, an unidentified male subject entered the Liquor and Wine store located at 5000 E Fourth Plain Blvd (Suite B106) and stole two bottles of brandy. The suspect, who is pictured in the attached photos, fled on foot and possibly lives in the area as he has been seen inside the store before. Details:  On July 15, 2008 at approximately 6:30 p.m., two female suspects entered four different businesses in the 8100 block of NE Parkway Drive, and passed counterfeit $100 bills. Attached are images of one of the suspects (#2). Suspect #1 is a Hispanic female, 16-20, 5'4",135 lbs., shoulder length brown hair, wearing short blue denim shorts and a white T-shirt. Suspect #2 (shown in surveillance photos that are attached) is a Hispanic female, 16-20, 5'4", 120 lbs., long brown hair, wearing short blue denim shorts and a blue T-shirt. The females were seen getting into a maroon Dodge or Chrysler minivan with no license plates. A witness indicated that the inside of the license plates contained a paper insert with the words "Capitol Auto" on both the front and back of the vehicle. Last seen at:  The suspect was last seen leaving on foot towards 33rd St.
Details:  On October 1,, 2007, at approximately 8:43 a.m., Officers from the Vancouver Police responded to the 3500 block of "S" St for an attempted kidnap. When officers arrived, they contacted an 11 year-old male and his 7 year-old sister. Initial statements to police indicated a male had been seen walking around the 3500 block of S St while the victim and her brother were walking to school at Washington Elementary. At one point, the suspect grabbed the seven year old, and tried to run away with her. Her brother then pushed the male, causing him to let go of his sister. Both children ran back home but were followed by the suspect. Detectives from the Vancouver Police Department as well as the Child Abuse Intervention Center responded and obtained more detailed statements from the children. A composite drawing was generated from the victims, and is attached to the release. As of this writing, no positive ID has been made on the suspect. The suspect is described as follows: Male/Hispanic, approximately 45-50, 5'10" tall and weighing about 150 pounds. The suspect has black shoulder length hair, and thick moustache, with a wrinkled face and a deep voice. The suspect was last seen wearing a dark green trench coat, and black hiking style boots. The suspect was described as dirty, possibly transient. Several transient camps were checked, but no one matching the description was located.
