Utility rates: Planned incremental rate increases are being recommended for the City’s water, sewer and surface water Utility for 2015-2016. Billing: Eliminate extra paper in the mail. Enroll now in the Utility eBilling (electronic bill statement) Program and receive e-mail notifications letting you know when your bill is ready for review online. Just sign into your account and click on the eBilling option. Important: You must follow all the steps, including confirming your email address, for eBilling to take effect.

Utility Office hours: Vancouver's Utility Services office is open to customers 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday; and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday. Online and Automated Voice Response phone system services, such as bill payments and account balances, are available to you around-the-clock except for brief maintenance periods. If you have additional questions about your bill, payment options or your account, please contact us at (360) 487-7999 during office hours or send us an e-mail.
Please note: The City’s online utilities payment system supports most Internet desktop web browsers and is continually being updated to support new browser versions when these are issued. In the interim, support issues can frequently be resolved by temporarily adjusting compatibility settings in your browser tool options. Customers may also make payments by phone using our Automated Voice Response system at 487-7999, available 24 hours a day, except for brief maintenance periods. To speak directly with a customer service representative during business hours, you may press '0' at any time.
