The form below has been created to enhance customer access to our Operations and Maintenance Services. Please review the list of frequently requested public services below, and click on the type of service you need.
If your issue is urgent, such as a public water line break or sewer backup, or a major traffic signal not functioning:
- Call 360-487-8177, during regular office hours of 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, or 360-693-9302, after hours and holidays.
- In the case of a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
Providing detailed locations and information, such as nearest intersection for potholes and the asset tag numbers on poles for street lights not working properly, will help us better respond to your request. We also ask for your email address, solely so we may contact you to verify the service request and ask any follow-up questions. A phone number is also helpful, but not required.
