The Study - Code Barriers for Sustainable, Affordable, Residential Development
Using the Living Building Challenge criteria and six case studies from our region, the City of Vancouver, Clark County, and Cascadia Region Green Building Council have identified our regulatory barriers to sustainable, affordable, residential development. This work was supported by a grant from the Washington Department of Community, Trade, and Economic Development.
