		Sturgeon Festival 2010 Saturday, September 18, 2010, 11 AM to 4 PM Join us at this year's annual Sturgeon Festival at the Water Center. This FREE family event celebrates the ecosystems of the Columbia River. HIGHLIGHTS: Noon: Eartha the Ecological Clown 1 PM: Learn about Birds of Prey 2 PM: Watch a biologist dissect a fish 3 PM: Enjoy the Creature Feature reptile show For more information call 360.487-7111 or vanwrec@ci.vancouver.wa.us New to this year's Sturgeon Festival, is a challenge to all! Borrow a sturgeon "standee" from the Water Resources Education Center, Firstenberg Center and Marshall Center or print your own 30 inch sturgeon "standee" shown here. It will print off in three parts that you can tape together and back with cardboard. The Scene a Sturgeon Lately O-Fish-al rules along with your entry / photo release forms are due by *September 15, 2010.* Themes are: "Sturgeon and You go Green, "Sturgeon and You Make a Difference, "Sturgeon Takes a Hike, Sturgeon Goes to Dinner and Sturgeon Gets a Make-Over".
