ePlans Temporary Outage

The City’s ePlans system will be temporarily offline starting at 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23 and will be back up no later than 11:59 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24.
As part of our transition to a cloud-based (online) system, we’ll also be upgrading to the latest version of ePlans. This will improve system security and allow us to continue to benefit from software upgrades and support from our software vendor, Avolve.
