POSTED OCTOBER 27, 2014

On October 14, 2014 Vancouver Police responded to a report of a theft at the Wal Mart located at 430 SE 192nd Ave. Employees report a female entered the store and used fraudulent coupons to purchase merchandise. 

The suspect is a white female, Mid 20's, 5'07, 140 lbs., seen leaving in a newer four door Toyota Tacoma, blue in color. The truck also appears to have an after market tires and lift kit.

Surveillance cameras captured an image of the suspect and the vehicle.

POSTED OCTOBER 27, 2014

On October 18, 2014 Vancouver Police were contacted regarding a burglary at the Tidewater Cove Condominiums  (1000 SE TIDEWATER PL). An unknown male entered the club house and took several items, including a stereo receiver.

The suspect is a white male, dark hair, a beard and mustache, 6’0, 180 lbs., wearing a ball cap. Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspect.

POSTED OCTOBER 15, 2014

On October 13, 2014, Vancouver Police responded to Beacock Music, 1420 SE 163rd Ave, regarding the theft of a guitar. The suspect entered the store, walked directly to a wall display of high value guitars, selected one and walked out of the store.  He did not attempt to pay for the item in any way, and bypassed all available points of sale without paying for the property.  The suspect is a white male, 19 to 25, 5'09", 200 lbs, with dark collar length hair and a dark beard.  He was wearing a blue hoody sweatshirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.

On September 26, 2014, Vancouver Police were contacted regarding the theft of a wallet and the subsequent use of th victim's credit card at a Walgreens located at 13503 SE Mill Plain Blvd.

On August 23, 2014 Vancouver Police responded to the Walmart located at 221 NE 104th Avenue for the report of a theft. A female suspect was seen exiting the store with over $200 worth of merchandise that she did not pay for.

On August 9, 2014 Vancouver Police were contacted by a victim who stated she purchased a cell phone from an unknown male and when she attempted to activate the phone with her carrier the phone was flagged as stolen. 

The victim was able to capture an image of the suspect during the transaction. The suspect is a white male, about 5’0", thin build, 20's. The suspect was the passenger in what may be a white Honda.

On August 3, 2014 Vancouver Police responded to the Unleashed by Petco located at 6603 E MILL PLAIN BL for a theft report.  An unknown male entered an employee-only area of the store and stole the wallet from the purse of an employee. The suspect is a Hispanic male, 20-25, 5'08l with a thin build and shorter black hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt, black jeans, white tennis shoes and had on a black back pack.

On August 01, 2014 Vancouver Police responded to a theft at the Target located at 16200 SE Mill Plain Blvd.  An unknown male entered the store, selected a basket and placed 56 DVD movies into the basket and left the store without paying.

On 07-15-14, Vancouver Police responded to the Sportsman’s Warehouse located at 11505 NE FOURTH PLAIN Blvd. for the report of a fraud. A female suspect  purchased gift cards and other merchandise using altered/fictitious credit cards.

BANK ROBBER

On April 16, 2014, a male entered a Riverview Bank branch in Vancouver, Washington, presented a demand note to the teller and robbed the bank. The suspect initially fled on foot, and may have gotten into a dark-colored pick up. 

Vancouver Police Detectives are attempting to identify the suspect who is a white male, possibly in his 20’s, less than 6 feet tall, with a slightly heavy build.  A surveillance photo of the suspect is attached.

POSTED MAY 28, 2014

On May 22, 2014, Vancouver Police responded to take a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim also reported that their wallet was inside the vehicle when is was stolen. The vehicle was recovered unoccupied later that day but the wallet was gone. Multiple fraudulent charges have been made using the victims credit card. It is possible the suspect lives in the 10400 block of NE Fourth Plain and could be seen walking in the area to/from various stores.

On 5/11/14 Vancouver Police responded to a fraud call at a Vancouver Target store. Two females and a male enter the store and purchase items using fake $100 bills for their transactions.

On 05/09/2014 Vancouver Police responded to a theft at the Ulta store at Vancouver Mall. Two suspects, a black male and a black female, enter the store, conceal several items of merchandise and flee when confronted by an employee. While departing the parking lot, the suspect vehicle backed into a Mall Security truck and fled the scene in a Gold Pontiac Grand AM with License plate WA 469DEN.

On May 2, 2014 Vancouver Police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim exited her 2013 Black Kia Sorento at her apartment complex at 4317 NE 66th Ave and left the vehicle running and her purse inside.  When she returned minutes later to the vehicle, it was gone. 

The suspect later used the victims debit card at an ATM machine and a surveillance camera captured his image. The vehicle has since been located.

The victim left her purse in her unlocked vehicle while she went into a convenience store located at 10512 SE Mill Plain. When she came out of the store her purse was gone. On February 5, 2014 Vancouver Police were contacted by a Vancouver resident that discovered their social security number had been used to open a Kohl's credit card. Several fraudulent transactions were made with this card at the Kohl's Store located in Wood Village.

The suspect's committing the fraudulent transactions were captured on surveillance video.

On January 4, 2014 the Target Store at 16200 SE Mill Plain Blvd. reported a fraud involving two males who purchased over $2000 worth of electronics using counterfeit $100, $20, and $10 bills.  The counterfeit bills were passed by a black male adult wearing a red shirt, jeans, and a dark jacket who was accompanied by a white male adult wearing jeans, a dark coat, and a knit cap.

On 12/10/13 Vancouver Police were contacted by a victim whose wallet was stolen from her desk drawer while she was at her place of employment (Kearney Breast Center, Peace Health SW Hospital).

Two female suspects were later captured on surveillance video at a Vancouver retailer using the victim's credit card and a photo of their vehicle was also captured.
