On 07-24-2015 at approximately 0406 hours Vancouver Police responded to the  Chevron at 14135 SE Mill Plain to a report of a Robbery. The suspect displayed a handgun and fled the scene on foot after robbing the store of an undiscoloed amount of money.

The suspect is described as 6 feet tall and 200 lbs, wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt with an "S" super-man emblem on the front, black workout pants, white tennis shoes with red soles and was wearing a blue bandanna over his face.

On June 1, 2015 Vancouver Police responded to a vehicle prowl where a purse was taken. The victim's credit card had unauthorized charges on it  from the 7-11 at  5101 NE 112th Ave, and Fred Meyer at 7411 NE 117th Ave. Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspects.

On June 5, 2015 Vancouver Police were contacted regarding the theft of a cell phone. The victim accidentally left her phone at the check stand of the Wal Mart located at 2201 Grand Blvd. Surveillance video captured an image of the suspect who took the phone.

On May 18, 2015 Vancouver Police responded to the Target, 7809 NE Vancouver Plaza Drive for the report of a theft. Two black male subjects enter the store, go to the electronics section, select 2 PS4 game consoles and 2 Apple I pads.  The cashier rings up the sale and puts the items in 2 bags.  One subject distracts the cashier and the other grabs the bags and they both flee the store without paying.  The suspects were last seen leaving the parking lot in a Black BMW X-5.

On May 14, 2015, Vancouver Police responded to the Walgreens located at 6105 NE 114th Ave. for the report of a theft.  A white male wearing a white polo shirt and jeans stole multiple items from the  The suspect entered the store, placed multiple items into a hand held shopping basket, and then exited the front door without paying.  The male is believed to have left the location driving a white passenger car.

On April 28, 2015 Vancouver Police responded to the Walgreens at 6105 NE 114th Avenue for the report of fraud. An employee located ten (10) counterfeit $20 bills in the register. The suspects are a male and a female who used the counterfeit bills to purchase VISA gift cards during separate transactions.

On May 6, 2015 Vancouver Police took a report of a vehicle prowl in which a bank ATM card was stolen. Shortly thereafter, the victim reported unauthorized charges on her account.

On April 17, 2015 an unidentified male passenger on C-tran Bus 2236 beganshouting and striking the bus windows with his skate board. Passengers onthe bus moved to the front to avoid the suspect,. The male suspect exited the bus and fled in a west direction along E Evergreen Blvd.

On April 8, 2015 Vancouver Police responded to a repot of a theft at the Walmart located at  430 SE 192nd Ave. The suspect was dropped off in a red Chevy truck, entered the store, and then exited out a side with a black tool box that he made no effort to pay for. The suspect is a white male in his 50s, wearing a black leather coat, jeans, and glasses.

On March 17, 2015 Vancouver Police recovered a stolen vehicle, which officers had attempted to stop on earlier in the day. The suspect fled the traffic stop but the vehicle was recovered unoccupied later the same day. A receipt recovered from the vehicle led officers to a store that captured images of the suspect making the purchase that was noted on the receipt.

On March 16, 2015, Vancouver Police responded to the People's Community Credit Union at 904 C Daniels St. for the report that an unidentified male suspect attempted to pry open the cash dispenser on the ATM using a screw driver and after he failed in his efforts to access the ATM, he super glued the cash door dispenser shut.

Surveillance cameras on the ATM captured images of the suspect who was last seen wearing a black jacket, black stocking cap, black gloves, and a green and red shirt. The male has reddish-brown facial hair, and long hair that looks to be appeared back in a pony-tail.

On March 8, 2015 Vancouver Police took a report of a theft from a victim who had her wallet stolen while riding a C-TRAN bus. The thief was also a passenger on the bus.

The Vancouver Police Department was contacted regarding a theft at the Laundry Love (2101 St. Johns Blvd.). Two suspects, a male and a female, broke into the coin machine using a bolt cutter.

On November 2, 2014 Vancouver Police were contacted by a victim who reported multiple unauthorized transactions from her bank account and credit accounts totaling over $14,000. The victim's wallet and ID had been stolen and she subsequently noticed the unauthorized transactions.

Surveillance video from one of the unauthorized transactions was obtained. The suspect is a middle-aged, white female, approximately 5'5". The suspect has a smart phone that is white, wears a wedding ring, and has worn a hat in a few of the transactions.

On August 9, 2014 Vancouver Police were contacted by a victim who stated she purchased a cell phone from an unknown male and when she attempted to activate the phone with her carrier the phone was flagged as stolen. 

The victim was able to capture an image of the suspect during the transaction. The suspect is a white male, about 5’0", thin build, 20's. The suspect was the passenger in what may be a white Honda.

On April 16, 2014, a male entered a Riverview Bank branch in Vancouver, Washington, presented a demand note to the teller and robbed the bank. The suspect initially fled on foot, and may have gotten into a dark-colored pick up.

Vancouver Police Detectives are attempting to identify the suspect who is a white male, possibly in his 20’s, less than 6 feet tall, with a slightly heavy build.  A surveillance photo of the suspect is attached.

On 05/09/2014 Vancouver Police responded to a theft at the Ulta store at Vancouver Mall. Two suspects, a black male and a black female, enter the store, conceal several items of merchandise and flee when confronted by an employee. While departing the parking lot, the suspect vehicle backed into a Mall Security truck and fled the scene in a Gold Pontiac Grand AM with License plate WA 469DEN.

On February 5, 2014 Vancouver Police were contacted by a Vancouver resident that discovered their social security number had been used to open a Kohl's credit card. Several fraudulent transactions were made with this card at the Kohl's Store located in Wood Village.

On January 4, 2014 the Target Store at 16200 SE Mill Plain Blvd. reported a fraud involving two males who purchased over $2000 worth of electronics using counterfeit $100, $20, and $10 bills.  The counterfeit bills were passed by a black male adult wearing a red shirt, jeans, and a dark jacket who was accompanied by a white male adult wearing jeans, a dark coat, and a knit cap.
