On 10/30/2016 a male and a female entered the Safeway Store located at 3707 Main St. dressed in skeleton makeup. They loaded up a cart completely full of groceries to include a bag of dog food and left the store without any attempt to pay for the items. When confronted by a store employee, the male pulled a knife out and waved it at the employee. Both suspects fled the area on foot.

On October 21, 2016 Vancouver Police responded to the Vancouver Macy's for the report of a theft. Store personnel saw the female suspect enter the store, select an expensive vacuum cleaner and exit the store without any attempt to pay for the item. She was seen getting into a green Subaru Outback that was driven by a male.

On 10/4/2016 Vancouver Police responded tot report of identity theft. The victim reported that an unknown individual had used their newly issued ATM card at various banks and stores in Clark County.

On October 9, 2016 Vancouver Police responded to the Wal Mart located at 221 NE 104th Avenue for the report of a fraud. Three female suspects stole nearly $40,000 worth of pre-paid cash cards. These suspects are believed to be involved in similar crimes in Oregon.

On August 25, 2016 Vancouver Police took a report of an unauthorized charge on the victim's credit card at a local Best Buy. In addition to the unauthorized charge, at the time of the transaction, the store employee asked for the suspect's ID and he produced identification that had the victim's name, which matched the credit card, but had the suspect's photo. 

Surveillance cameras captured an image of the suspect, who is also alleged to be involved similar transactions at multiple Best Buy locations around the U.S.

On August 1, 2016 Vancouver Police responded to the report of an assault that occurred at the Goodwill located at 1200 SE 162nd Ave. According to the parent, her 9 year old child was hanging on the clothing racks by her hands when an unknown female slapped the child, got into a confrontation with the parent and then left the store.

Surveillance video captured the image of a white male suspect who was bald, wearing a long sleeve blue shirt and brown pants who entered the fenced property and stole items from company vehicles parked in the lot.

On June 30, 2016 Vancouver Police took a report from a victim who's wallet had been stolen out of their vehicle and shortly thereafter multiple unauthorized charges were noticed on the victim's credit card. 

On July 5, 2016 the Vancouver Police Department took a report of another wallet stolen from a vehicle and the victim reported unauthorized charges on their credit card shortly after the theft. 

Surveillance cameras captured images of the suspects using the victims' cards at various retail locations and the female suspect appears to be the same in both cases. In the second theft a male is also seen with the female.

On June 7, 2016 Vancouver Police took a report of an auto prowl in the parking lot of 24 Hour Fitness located at 10319 NE Fourth Plain Blvd. Shortly after the auto prowl the suspects attempted to burglarize the victim's home using the garage door opener they stole during the auto prowl. 

Surveillance cameras in the parking lot where the auto prowl occurred captured an image of the suspect and their associated vehicle, a dark colored PT Cruiser.

On June 1, 2016 Vancouver Police took a report of theft of credit card information and unauthorized purchases using that information. The suspect made purchases in Longview, WA and worked his way up the I-5 corridor to Tumwater, Tacoma, Tukwila and Seattle making purchases using the stolen credit card information in each location.

On June 1,2016 Vancouver Police responded to the Clark College Athletic Annex located at 1800 E McLoughlin Blvd. for the report of an auto prowl. The victim saw a male breaking into her vehicle and stealing items from inside and then fleeing from the campus on foot.
