General Plan Requirements

1. Blank space upper right-hand corner (for batch stamping) – all sheets [Recommended]
2. Minimum plan size 22″ x 34″ (no max size)
3. Signed and current Washington State Engineer’s Stamp – all design sheets
4. Detail statement noted on plan (on cover sheet, general notes)
5. North Arrow & Drawing Scale
6. If County jurisdiction project, note if it is fronting a City street
7. Label any public right-of-way under WSDOT ownership
