Each program begins with story time under the big willow tree, followed by outdoor exploration activities for parents and children in our native plant garden. Every Wednesday in July, join educators from the Water Resources Education Center for Reading in the Wild, a free outdoor reading series for families with kids ages 3 to 6 years old. Each program begins with story time under the big willow tree, followed by outdoor exploration activities for parents and children in our native plant garden.

Animals use camouflage to hide and survive. Explore the amazing adaptations animals have to help them blend in (Please note there will be no live animals in this program, unless we happen to find some in the garden while exploring!)
