Opportunities include concerts in the parks, movies in the parks, First Fridays at the arts hub, and the Vancouver Arts & Music Festival. City of Vancouver and Clark County Public Health will share information about the City’s food vendor application process and required health permits. There will be time at the end for individual questions. There is no cost to attend, live Spanish interpretation provided. Fourth Plain Commons
