Vancouver City Council dismisses ethics complaint against Councilor Perez

At its regular Oct. 26 meeting, the Vancouver City Council considered an ethics complaint against Councilor Diana Perez under City Council Policy 100-36, which outlines the code of ethics Councilmembers follow while serving on City Council.
Councilor Perez recused herself before a City Attorney report and Council deliberation. After deliberation, the Council unanimously voted to dismiss the complaint without further action.
