Leach Park playground closed Aug. 5-26

The playground at Leach Park will be closed Aug. 5-26 to replace the existing rubber tile surfacing with poured in place rubber surfacing to improve accessibility, safety, and long-term durability.
Construction is scheduled from Aug. 5-26, with work occurring Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. The work will be completed by Buell Recreation from Portland, Oregon. They have been briefed on working and driving safely in the neighborhood, but we ask residents to avoid construction areas and use caution around equipment.
