Temporary Changes to Permit Center Hours During I-5 Closure
With major traffic delays expected due to ODOT’s I-5 southbound closure, we want to remind you that during the closure you can skip the drive and manage your permit applications online.
- Online Permit Portal & virtual appointments: Apply for permits, submit plans, track reviews, and schedule virtual appointments with our team. Book your session at Virtual Appointments.
- In-person services: The Permit Center will be open Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (closed 12:30-1:30 p.m.) from Sept. 14 to Sept.30.
The Permit Center will return to regular in-person services in October.
