Thank you for your interest in doing business with the City of Vancouver. Please click on the links below to register for the City of Vancouver MRSC Rosters.
The City of Vancouver encourages all suppliers to register on the City’s Procurement Portal at Projects (bonfirehub.com). This registration provides you a login and password, which allows you to access City posted projects. This registration is in addition to the City of Vancouver MRSC Rosters.
Suppliers Registration Portal
Thank you for your interest in doing business with the City of Vancouver.
To receive and access posted projects, suppliers are encouraged to register on the City’s Procurement Portal hosted by Bonfire (cityofvancouver.bonfirehub.com). You will be able to create a login and password when you register, which allows you to access City posted projects.
This is in addition to the City of Vancouver Small Works Roster or the Consultant Services Roster.

Small Works Roster
Thank you for your interest in doing business with the City of Vancouver. The City of Vancouver is utilizing the Municipal Research and Services (MRSC) Small Works Roster for projects $300,000 or less.
To be eligible to work on small works projects, you must register your company on the MRSC Rosters at mrscrosters.org. To remain eligible to be awarded small public works projects you must register ANNUALLY on the MRSC Rosters and select the City of Vancouver. Questions on the MRSC Rosters may be directed to MRSC at 206-625-1300 or via email at mrscrosters@mrscrosters.org.

Consultant Services Roster
Thank you for your interest in doing business with the City of Vancouver. The City of Vancouver has contracted with the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC) to manage our Consultant Roster. Consultant service categories include architectural, engineering and surveying services as referenced by Chapter 39.80 RCW, as well as other personal and professional consulting services. Sub-categories can be viewed on the MRSC Rosters website.
You must register your company on the MRSC Rosters at mrscrosters.org to be listed on the applicable category of work. To remain eligible to be awarded personal and professional services contracts, you must register ANNUALLY on the MRSC Rosters and select the City of Vancouver. Questions on the MRSC Rosters may be directed to MRSC at 206-625-1300 or via email at mrscrosters@mrscrosters.org.
