Economic Prosperity and Housing
Economic development and housing services enhance our community today, and for future generations
With Vancouver growing rapidly and evolving from a suburban to an urban destination, our goal is to focus on an equitable economy and improve our community’s livability and prosperity.
Our work includes oversight of the City’s economic opportunity and development, business assistance functions such as business recruitment and retention, building infrastructure that attracts private investors to our city, housing and human needs programs, including the City’s Affordable Housing Fund and parking services.
