How to get a permit:
- Pick up a form at City Hall – Building Permit Center
- Or download and submit the Recreational Vehicle ROW Permit Application
- Mail to: Code Compliance, City of Vancouver, P.O. Box 1995, Vancouver, WA 98668
RVs and vehicles towing trailers may park on-street in pay-to-park spaces if:
- They do not block driveways, alleys, or traffic lanes
- They fit fully within designated parking stalls
- Payment is made for each stall the vehicle is occupying. Each parking stall must be paid for in a separate transaction. Extending a single payment to cover multiple spaces or an extended length of time is not permitted.
