Report a Downtown Parking Concern

Parking Services can assist with general parking concerns and questions. If your concern involves objects, obstructions, or hazards located in the public right-of-way, please submit it through the City’s Report a Concern page.

To report a concern directly to Parking Services:

The Parking Services phone number is a voicemail inbox. It does not connect you to a live representative. Messages are checked regularly, and staff will return calls when necessary.

Report a Concern Outside of Downtown

Recreational Vehicle (RV) Parking

RVs, trailers, and boats may not be parked or stored on-street in neighborhoods except when actively loading/unloading or with a temporary RV parking permit. Each permit is valid for 7 days (maximum 14 days per year per household).

General Parking Rules

These rules apply citywide:

  • Vehicles may park on city streets for up to 24 hours.
  • Vehicles must be operable and display current license plate registration tabs.
  • Vehicles must abide by the posted block signage.

No parking:

  • Within 5 ft. of a driveway
  • Within 20 ft. of a crosswalk
  • Within 30 ft. of a stop sign
  • Within 15 ft. of a fire hydrant
  • On sidewalks, planting strips, alleys, or bicycle lanes
  • Facing against traffic

Failure to abide by the rules and regulations of the area may result in citation(s) and/or vehicle impoundment.
