Parking concerns
Parking Services may only address parking related concerns within the Downtown Vancouver district. Concerns outside of downtown neighborhoods are handled by the Vancouver Police Department.
Where we can enforce
- Downtown Vancouver from the Waterfront north to Fourth Plain
- Between King Street and I-5
- View the map below to see if your concern falls within our district.
Vehicles we can enforce
- Vehicles parked illegally on the public right-of-way, including:
- Cars, trucks, and motorcycles
- RVs, trailers, and boats on trailers
- There must be a VIN number or license plate so a citation can be issued
What we cannot enforce
- Objects left on-street (e.g., garbage bins, traffic cones, debris)
- Non-vehicle related obstructions
How to report a concern to Parking Services
- Call our Parking Services line at 360-487-8650 and leave a voice message or

- The Parking Services phone number is a voicemail inbox. It does not connect you to a live representative. Messages are checked regularly, and staff will return calls when necessary.
