A Flight Through Time at Pearson Field

Visitors of all ages are welcome to explore Pearson Field and the Pearson Field Air Museum at a free, family‑friendly celebration of aviation history, innovation, and community. This celebration is in partnership with the National Park Service.
Enjoy guided walking tours, Pearson Field Air Museum exhibits, static aircraft and vintage car displays, flight simulators for all skill levels, community booths, a talk by historian and author Martin Middlewood, Civil Air Patrol presence and community outreach, paper airplane competitions, local aviation art, pilot-focused programming, WINGS credit courses, food vendors, and live music.
The 99s, the historic all-women aviators’ organization, will unveil a freshly painted Compass Rose during the event.

A Flight Through Time at Pearson Field celebrates the airport’s rich aviation heritage while inspiring the next generation of pilots and aviation enthusiasts. The event offers something for everyone, from seasoned pilots earning safety credits to families discovering flight for the very first time.
C-TRAN will offer free shuttle rides between Pearson Field and parking lot A at 405 E. 5th St, Vancouver, WA 98661. From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the shuttle will run every 30 minutes starting at the parking lot. There is no parking at Pearson Field. Visitors are encouraged to park on the street or in parking lot A and walk or shuttle to the event.
