Celebrate America’s 250th birthday in true Vancouver style at the Fort Vancouver Parade Grounds. Spend the day enjoying live music, family games and activities, and food vendors. Get to know more about Vancouver history with guided tours of Marshall House and exciting demonstrations from the Fort Vancouver Historic Weapons Program. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs to close out the day with a film screening of “A League of Their Own” (PG) under the stars.
This event is free and open to all ages.
- Free Admission to Fort Vancouver National Historic Site facilities from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- Marshall House tours available from 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

This celebration is in partnership with Washington State America 250. It is presented by The Historic Trust, National Park Service, and City of Vancouver. Additional support from Xfinity, Port of Vancouver USA, Riverview Bank, Waste Connections, The Columbian and Thompson Metal Fab. The movie is presented by Kaiser Permanente.
