Community Menorah Lighting
The Chabad Jewish Center of Clark County invites you to celebrate the start of Chanukah with the lighting of their 19-foot community menorah. Free donuts will be served, as foods fried in oil symbolize the miracle of the oil that burned for eight days instead of one in the Chanukah story. The celebration will also include music, live ice carving and a gelt drop with the Grand Menorah Lighting. Everyone is welcome to celebrate light in the darkness at this free community event.
