Speakers will include: Congresswoman Marie Gluesenkamp Perez Fort Vancouver National Park Superintendent Tracy Fortmann Vancouver Mayor Anne McEnerny-Ogle Keynote speaker Patrick Locke, Vietnam Purple Heart combat veteran Music will be performed by the Vancouver Community Concert Band and light refreshments will be served after the ceremony. Parking is available in the Fort Vancouver Historic site south lot and Hudson’s Bay High School with free C-TRAN shuttle service to the event. Carpooling and public transit encouraged.
