Schedule a Building Inspection
City building and electrical inspectors conduct inspections to check for compliance with approved plans, in addition to local and State building code regulations.
Inspections received after 7 a.m. will be inspected the next business day.
Inspections may be scheduled up to five days in advance.

Using the City’s Online Permit Center is easy. Enter the permit number, click Look Up Permit and follow the prompts to:
- Schedule an inspection
- Cancel a scheduled inspection
- Leave a detailed message for your inspector
- Retrieve inspection results and history
- Verify permit status
- Pay fees

- Your three-digit Inspection Code
