Neighborhood Chipper Request Form

All recognized and active City neighborhood associations are eligible for one chipper event each year, to be held on a Saturday from 8 a.m. to noon. Neighborhood associations are responsible for securing a location, completing this request form, organizing volunteer staffing at the chipper event and publicizing the event to their neighborhood residents. The chipper may be scheduled for the same day as a cleanup event, however, please note that cleanup events include yard debris disposal.

Note: If you plan on having your chipper event at a school, the neighborhood is required to seek approval for the event to be held on school grounds prior to the event.

Note: Saturdays only – except holiday weekends. Chipper not available May 27, July 1 and Sept. 2. Dates are not set until you receive a formal confirmation from City Solid Waste staff that the event has been scheduled.
