The Columbia River Renaissance Trail offers a vibrant, accessible route for outdoor recreation and relaxation. Beginning at Esther Short Park in the heart of downtown Vancouver, the paved five-mile path follows the waterfront, providing beautiful river views and a lively atmosphere ideal for walking, jogging, biking or rollerblading.

Along the way, the trail briefly transitions inland at Renaissance Pointe, where it follows an interior sidewalk path before reconnecting with the waterfront near the Water Resources Education Center. From there, the trail continues east, returning to its riverside setting and ultimately leading to Wintler Park.
