Free Leaf Disposal Coupon

Click here to download and print your copy of the free leaf disposal coupon. Use the coupon from Oct. 1 to Dec. 31, 2015, for free leaf disposal at City Bark, H&H Wood Recyclers, West Van Materials Recovery Center or Triangle Resources. Only leaves - not other yard debris - may be disposed of as part of this free program for Vancouver and Clark County residents. A coupon is required; also look for fall leaf coupons in neighborhood newsletters and the curbside recycling newsletter.
