Garbage & Recycling

Fall leaf coupon image

The City of Vancouver's Solid Waste Services, part of Vancouver Public Works, provides help and information to neighborhoods, businesses and residents who make our community sparkle. We oversee garbage, recycling and yard debris collection contracts and search out new ways to help improve these services that affect our daily lives.

Fall Leaf Coupons are Here!

Click here to download and print your copy of the free leaf disposal coupon. Use the coupon from Oct. 1 to Dec. 20, 2014, for free leaf disposal at City Bark, H&H Wood Recyclers or West Van Materials Recovery Center. Only leaves - not other yard debris - may be disposed of as part of this free program for Vancouver and Clark County residents. A coupon is required; also look for fall leaf coupons in neighborhood newsletters and the curbside recycling newsletter.

Remember, prevent street flooding - Don't place leaves in the street!
